USPS has said that there may be a delay due to volume increases for the holidays. please allow extra time for your order to reach you. You will receive an email with order confirmation, when tracking is available, when your order ships, and when your order arrives. Each wand is handmade and one-of-a-kind, that being said we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
